We serve as a resource and guide — not as a healthcare provider, financial advisor, legal advisor, or licensed care provider.
2. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
Information provided through Trusted Transitions by Bedmore is for general informational purposes only.
We do not:
- Provide medical diagnosis or treatment
- Offer legal advice
- Provide tax or investment advice
- Make clinical determinations
Any decisions regarding care, housing, financial planning, or legal matters should be made in consultation with licensed professionals appropriate to your situation.
Use of our Services does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.
3. Third-Party Providers & Referrals
Trusted Transitions by Bedmore may introduce you to senior living communities or service providers (“Providers”).
You acknowledge and agree:
- Providers are independent third parties.
- We do not control their operations, policies, pricing, or services.
- We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes.
- You are responsible for independently evaluating Providers before entering into agreements.
Any contract you sign with a Provider is solely between you and that Provider.
4. Compensation Disclosure
Some Providers may compensate Trusted Transitions by Bedmore through referral or marketing fees if you choose their services.
Such compensation does not increase the price you pay to the Provider unless otherwise disclosed.
You are under no obligation to use any Provider we introduce.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Review all agreements before signing
- Make independent decisions regarding care and housing
- Notify us of any inaccuracies in information provided
We rely on the accuracy of information you provide when offering guidance.
6. Website Use & Conduct
You agree not to:

- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Copy or distribute proprietary materials without permission
- Use automated tools to scrape content
We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to Trusted Transitions by Bedmore for Services in the preceding six (6) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trusted Transitions by Bedmore and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
